Dear Paradigm Families,

Starting this week, we will include any scholarship information for seniors that we receive as an attachment to the Announcements e-mail. Please check them out if you are interested in applying for scholarships for college next year!

Here are our announcements for the week:
  • Starting this week, any student who is caught parking in the visitor spaces in front of the school will be fined. Those spaces are for visitors only. If the student parking lot is full, then students may park at the far east end of the south lot in the white spaces against the wall ONLY. Those parked in the yellow numbered park-and-wait stalls during school hours will have their car towed! We need those spaces clear in case there is an emergency at school and we need to evacuate. Thank you!
  • Yearbooks are still for sale! $45 until the end of December and $15 to make it personal. Please visit Paradigm's website to buy one if you haven't already!
  • The Yearbook Title Page Drawing Contest entries are due today! We would love to receive your sketches of the front of Paradigm High School. Please turn them into the library and speak with Mrs. McCoy with any further questions.
  • The library is hosting an essay contest with the theme, "A More Perfect Union." You will find posters and entry forms at the top of each stairwell, in the library, and near the office. Please check with the library for more information. The entries are due November 28th. Fabulous prizes will be awarded to the winners!
  • Math Students! Remember, if you need help with your math or even just a quiet place to work on your homework where you can ask questions if you get stuck, the Paradigm Math Lab is the place to be! The Math Lab is open every Monday, Wednesday, Thursay, and Friday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm in room 201. See you there!

  • Chess Club will meet briefly tomorrow after school in room 221. Please come and check it out, even if you can't stay long.
  • Novel Writing Club will meet today from 2:50 pm until 3:00 pm. Vital information will be given to those who will be competing in the Nanowrimo, which begins tonight at midnight!
