posted Oct 8, 2012, 1:02 PM by Larissa Little
Here are our announcements for the week:

  • Tomorrow is Picture Retake Day! All students who wish to have their picture retaken or who didn't get their picture taken last month will need to be here tomorrow. Lifetouch will start around 8 or 8:30 and they should only be here a couple of hours. If you bought pictures last month and didn't like how they turned out, please bring them back and you can have your picture taken again. If you did take your picture last month, but didn't get a chance to buy photos, then you will need to have your picture taken again if you want to buy them. Picture Packets are available in the main office. You can buy photos online at and use our school code UM032387Y1. A copy of the picture packet is attached for further reference.
  • Language Club will meet this Thursday in room #145 at 3:00pm. Please join us!
  • This Wednesday, all musicians are invited to a Slow Jam Session in Mr. Fife's room #106. Tunes at noon will continue this Friday under the stairs.
  • Chess Club is fun! You can take part of Chess Club online even if you can't stay after school. Anyone interested in learning how to play or improving your skills, please do one or more of the following: 1. Come after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in room #222; 2. Talk to Mr. Clark or Mr. Allred; and 3. Visit the Chess Club website on Mr. Clark's website (click on Faculty Pages on Paradigm's website). Hope to see you there or online!
  • Attention members of Student Congress: our next meeting is Tomorrow Tuesday during 2nd and 3rd periods.
  • Congratulations to the Paradigm Shakespeare team! They did a wonderful job representing our school this past weekend in Cedar City and placed sixth overall in our division. Way to go!
  • Seniors! Your baby photos are due this Wednesday! This is it, the absolute final deadline. Please submit your senior quote here:
  • A Senior Excursion has been planned to the BYU campus this Thursday October 11th. There are only 11 spots available. If your student is interested in going, they can get a permission slip in the office, which will need to be returned by tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. Spots are available on a first come, first serve basis to Seniors only! A list of students going will be posted on Ms. Hanson's door (#101) at the end of the day on Tuesday.

Have a great week!
